TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Will Do It, a family task-management application designed to help households organize tasks, track achievements, manage permissions using PIN codes, and collaborate in a simple and friendly way.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Will Do It mobile application and related website (collectively, the "App" or "Services"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility and Parental Responsibility

To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and be a parent or legal guardian of any child whose profile is added to the App (the "Account Holder").

By creating an account, you confirm that you have authority to manage the account, consent on behalf of any child whose profile is added, and accept responsibility for all activity within the account.

Profiles for children and other family members are managed within the Account Holder’s account and are not independent accounts.

2. Description of the Service

The App provides tools for:

• Creating, editing, and completing tasks
• Requesting, approving, or denying actions
• Adding notes or comments
• Earning stars and achievements
• Managing users and roles within one household
• Switching between user profiles
• Using PIN codes for confirmations
• Receiving functional notifications, including reminders and household notifications
• Managing schedules, recurring tasks, due dates, and reminders
• Using the App in Hebrew, English, or Russian

Features may evolve, change, or be discontinued over time.

3. Accounts and Roles

Each household may include multiple users with different roles, such as Primary Admin, Admin, and Member. Permissions vary by role.

The Account Holder controls the account and is responsible for choosing which users may have Admin permissions and for all activity performed under the account.

4. PIN Codes and Account Security

Certain actions may require a PIN code. PINs are stored using non-reversible cryptographic techniques and cannot be restored by us.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account, credentials, and PINs. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from loss of a device or failure to secure access information.

5. Notifications

The App may send push notifications related to tasks, reminders, rewards, achievements, household events, or service updates. Notification delivery depends on third-party services and device settings and is not guaranteed.

You may disable notifications at any time through device settings.

The timing of task schedules, recurring tasks, weekly cycle resets, reminders, and notifications may rely on time zone, calendar preferences, device settings, and task-specific scheduling data. Changes to device time, time zone, or calendar settings may affect how schedules or notifications are displayed or triggered.

The App is not intended for emergency use and should not be relied upon for safety-critical or time-sensitive alerts.

6. Language Support

The App supports Hebrew, English, and Russian. Language selection may be controlled through supported in-app settings or through your device operating system settings, depending on platform and app version.

7. User Content

You may enter content such as task titles, notes, comments, names, profile information, and profile icons ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By using the App, you grant Will Do It a limited permission to store, process, and display User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Services for you and your household.

You agree not to upload or enter unlawful, harmful, abusive, offensive, or inappropriate content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or attempt to bypass permissions or PIN protections
• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or interfere with the App or its security mechanisms
• Upload, enter, or display unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or abusive content
• Enter personal information about another person without appropriate permission or parental/legal guardian authority
• Use the App to send spam, malware, or automated abusive activity

We may suspend or restrict access for violations of these Terms.

9. Child Safety

The App is designed for household use and does not provide public communication, open chat rooms, matchmaking, or communication with people outside the household.

We prohibit content or behavior that exploits, abuses, sexualizes, or endangers children. If you become aware of such content or behavior, please contact us immediately at willdoittech@gmail.com.

10. Data and Privacy

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, including what information we collect, how we use Firebase services, how we handle children’s information, and how to delete your account.

11. Updates to the App and Terms

We may update or modify the App or these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Paid Features

Some features may become available as part of a paid plan or subscription in the future. Payments, where offered, will be processed through the applicable app marketplace or payment provider and subject to its billing terms.

Children are not permitted to make purchases. Any in-app purchase or subscription should be initiated only by the Account Holder and may be subject to device-level or marketplace confirmation.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Will Do It shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the App, including data loss, misuse of PIN codes, incorrect device or time zone settings, delayed notifications, third-party service interruptions, or device configuration issues.

15. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account through the App or by contacting us, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or misuse is detected.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to Will Do It, including but not limited to the App's code, software, algorithms, designs, graphics, logos, and "look and feel," are the exclusive property of Will Do It and its licensors. Your use of the App does not grant you any ownership rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App without our express written permission.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Will Do It and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (i) your access to or use of the App; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
